Customer Reviews

"Great little dinner in Bastrop. We ate here even morning before F1 race days in lieu of the "free" hotel breakfast to ensure we were full to prevent from over eating expensive food at COTA. Eggs were cooked correctly and streaks (beef and ham) tasted great. I highly recommend the waffles as they are severed with melted butter (easier to spread) and have a Texas in the middle! Jojo our sever was also fantastic!"

"The place is such a cool country town kind of place. Absolutely loved the staff, they were slam packed and they still had time to check on us. The food was pretty good, eggs cooked wonderfully which is why I hate to say anything negatively but if I was pushed to say anything the biscuits need improvement. These were like dinner rolls in my opinion. Loved everything else! The service like I said was phenomenal and the place was clean, busy and lively. Didn't feel crowded even in a crowd."

"Great All American Breakfast food!! Service was pretty quick and the food was excellent, will be back again when we come back through here."

- Dana B.

"This is a greasy spoon and man I enjoy them. The pancakes were huge even the short stack I ordered was more than I could eat. But they were perfect. I came in say and immediate a nice lady came over got my drink and was back ready to take my order. Put my order in and not 5min later it was out. The egg was great and they give a good amount for a side of bacon!!!! It was just a nice place to sit eat and listen to the local chatter. It is warm in here I think that is for the older crowd and I was cool with it. They have some kind of lunch buffet I might have to check out at a later date!"
